We’re one of Dubai’s first fresh-colored, handcrafted pasta kitchens, born from a dinner-table epiphany that life’s too short for dry spaghetti and soulless sauces. Our pasta is made fresh daily, saucy never sorry, and always dressed to impress.
We serve moments: weeknight rescues, Friday night flexes, date-night save-the-days, and ‘I forgot to cook but look at this beautiful plate’ victories.

Fresh Handmade Pasta 🍝
Rolled, cut, and twisted by real human hands (not robots). 300g of fresh, colorful (that’s right) pasta goodness – silky and always fresh.
Sauce, Your Way 🍅
Pick your pasta’s soulmate – cheese, marinara, bolognese, or arrabiata. We don’t judge, we just sauce it up.
Cheese on the House 🧀
We always add a little cheese from our end. Because what’s pasta without a little snowstorm of cheese? Consider this our edible love note.

Founder Edition
We’re Shehab and Chris, two friends who argue over garlic, fight for the last forkful, and somehow turned our pasta obsession into Pasta Sauciety.
One of us thinks beetroot pasta belongs in an art gallery, the other eats it straight from the pan. Between Chris’ ‘creative experiments’ (read: kitchen chaos) and Shehab’s ‘refined taste’ (read: bossy opinions), we’ve landed on something we both agree on: pasta should be fresh, fun, and colorful. This is our love letter to good carbs, and yes, we fully expect you to join the Sauciety.
